A weekend workshop where you use maths to explore problems in AI safety and form collaborations. Open to PhDs, postdocs and faculty members. No AI safety background needed.

A note on timing

We know this is short notice. We went from idea to funding to this page in about a week. This is deliberate. AI capabilities are advancing disproportionately faster than our ability to make these systems safe and aligned. On the other hand, mathematicians have a strong comparative advantage in contributing to many opportunities within AI safety research.
