Project Abstract
Lets figure out what field building efforts would work best in Germany!
1) Identify unique talent pools in Germany that are useful for AI safety;
2) Strongest attractor for existing talent, mapping out reference classes for successful programs;
3) Developing blueprint for a new organisation/initiative.
Theory of Change
If we want AI to go well we should strive to mobilize the best talent available to start contributing to the problem. We are currently not on-track having enough talented people working on the AI safety. Germany has a lot of talented people that currently not reached by existing programs. So we should start initiatives that mobilizes talent to start working on the most important questions of our time.

Any or all, it's more about skills and resourcefulness than a field of study.

Any level.
Other Mentee Requirements
- Have a decent entrepreneurial muscle or at least the desire to flex this muscle;
- Should have some confidence navigating AI safety landscape (at least BlueDot-level)
